Season swings into high gear.

Well, here we are at the end of the June and all the earlies are opening up.  Some of the new arrivals are mixing in nicely.  At the very top of the page is Judy Davisson's Mister Butters.  Looking grand today!  Right below it is Augie's Unique Beauty, hybridized by Augie Krupien.  Introduced by Rich Howard in 2007.  It is a tetraploid and fertile both ways.  Very unique!  Let's get on with the picture show below.

Pictured above is Di Decaire's I don't kid.  Nice colors!

Pictured above is a future intro which I named for a good friend, Luanne Tarro.
It is out of Wonder of it all.

Pictured above is Luddy Lambertson's Blue Eyed Dragon.  Nice teeth!

Finally pictured above is David Kirchhoff's Fabulous Frieda.  What a great red!  That's it for this installment.  I think I spent a couple hours just making out cross tags.  Happy gardening!

Season is beginning!

Well, my friends....we wait for many months for this time and it is just beginning.  To my suprise the first seedling to bloom (which is pictured above) turned out to be pretty amazing!  It is a seedling out of Gerda Brooker's Victorian Gardens Heavens Applause.  Wow, what a pattern.  It's petals do sort of canoe in a little, but that pattern is to die for.  Also blooming below is Larry Grace's Dr. Stump.  It has been very consistent and sits on top of a nice scape. The picture at the very bottom is of all the scapes popping up in my front yard.  Hope you enjoyed the pics.  More to come.

Florida trip, part 3.

I could probably make multiple posts with all the pictures I took, but let me add just a couple more.  At the top of the page is Ted Petit's Mystical Intuition.

Pictured above is Tet Petit's Lost in the Mist.  This one was really cool.

Pictured above is Luddy Lambertson's Toss the Feathers.

Pictured above is a toothy Lambertson seedling.  Hope you guys have a nice week. More from my garden coming soon.

My Florida trip, Part 2.

Well, it seems like folks would like to see more pictures, so here it is.  At the very top is a beautiful yellow at Guy Pierce's.  Right below it is the 2012 introduction, Moving Pictures.  A favorite of mine.
Below that is another favorite Marina Del Ray.  Great pattern!

Pictured above is Castle Rock.

Pictured above here is my favorite toothy, Spinefeld.

This picture above is a Dan Trimmer seedling he nicknamed "Big Lug."  It was huge! 9 to 10" at least!

Pictured above is another Dan Trimmer red toothy seedling.  Very nice color!

This picture above is Jane Trimmer's Dragonfly Tattoo.  Nice pattern Jane!

Pictured above is Solar Blue Angel.  Great size and pattern!

This picture is Dan's Breakfast with Santa.  Another one of my favorites.  Hope you enjoyed all the
pictures.  We are getting closer to when I can show you pictures from my own garden.  Scapes are starting to pop up.  Best time of the year.  Hope you are all having a good week!
