     Since the season is winding down, I thought it would be a great opportunity to share some photos of patterned daylilies and seedlings from my daylily friends from across the country.  I love hybridizing patterned daylilies more than any other type of daylily and these pictures represent what I would call advances in the world of patterned daylilies.  Hope you enjoy the picture show.

     Well, it has been another fun summer, but all good things must come to an end.  I've had to put a lot of work into the garden this fall, so it's been a while since I've had time to post.  Today is a rainy day and I won't be able to work outside, so this seemed like a perfect opportunity to catch up with my daylily friends.  These are photos from my garden and around the country.  Really nice toothies.  I am excited to share these pictures with you.  Check them out:

    You probably wouldn't guess that I am into patterned daylilies more so, but if you live in Ohio...chances are you have a love for toothy daylilies as well. I do enjoy them and always have.  Hope you enjoyed this segment as well.  I hope to follow it up with my patterned daylily segment next.  When I have time....of course.  Happy gardening.

Well, it's been a while since I have written or posted pictures and seeing how the season is starting to wind down I thought I would post some of my seedling pictures.  My main love is patterns, but as you can see I also love teeth and blue eyes.  Here are some more pics below:

     I wouldn't be from Cleveland, Ohio if I didn't post that our Cleveland Cavaliers won the 2016 NBA Championship.  We haven't had a championship in this town since 1964.  We are all very proud of our Cavaliers.  1.3 Million Clevelanders went downtown for the parade. Here are some pictures from them coming home at the airport and the parade itself.

The month of May is here and it is gradually warming up.  It's been a tough spring in Northeast Ohio.  Probably one of the coldest Aprils I can remember.  Anyway, I wanted to share a couple photos taken of my introductions by friends.  Looking forward to being able to post some daylily pictures in a couple months from the garden.
